Nahari. It is a meat preparation with thick spicy gravy. Another dish called 'Pai ki Nahari' is also famous in Avadh. It is prepared by cooking leg and other bones and mixing bone juice to make mouth-watering gravy. Nahari was originally a beef preparation and was initially eaten with Kulchas.
